STEPS,

1. in a CP, open the Work product diagram 
2. create a phase or iteration in the CP
3. check in the work product diagram that there is one item wih the same name shows up

It supposes to show up only in Activity diagram

Once I save the diagram and reopen the diagram, the item is gone.
