Tasks should not reference activities.
Work products that are input/output from a task should be referenced in the text of the task.
Performers (roles) that are linked to the task should be referenced in the text of the task.

The plan for this bug should be reassessed. A decision whether it should be included in 1.0 or postponed to later releases should be taken when planning M8. 

It seems to be a potential candidate for a later release ... ?
