You can pick an ignored resource (e.g. a .class file) and perform a sync on it.

In the navigator, "Add to .cvsignore" is disabled.

Once in the sync view, "Add to .cvsignore" is enabled for the same class file.

You can't sync on an ignored file; Synchronize is disabled for ignored
resources. Added safety check to IgnoreAction in the sync view so it is disabled
on files that are already ignored, but I'm not clear on how this state happened.
