if a user wants to add a record before the first record, it cannot be done. For any other record adding a record before it is possible.

Fixed.
As discussed with Wayne and David, the "Add Record..." action is replaced by the "Insert Record" that will add a record before the currect one.
To add a record at the end, simply use the <enter> key on the last record.

This modification implies also a rewording for "Add Variable..." to keep consistence between Record and Variable in datapool editor.
The action is now named "Insert Variable...".
Note that the default value is now set to the value that corresponds to the insert behavior.

Closing by default since not verified/closed by the originator in the 6+ months since being resolved.  

Please reopen if the issue is still present in the latest TPTP release or the
resolution is not correct.
