Steps:
1. Mouse down over the blank area of menu bar (to the right of all the menus).
2. Holding mouse button down, drag the cursor over several paragraphs of the 
Welcome editor.

This is a known problem, an unavoidable side effect of doing a web browser look 
using multiple StyledTexts for each section.
Would be better to use a real web browser.
