I would like a hook in the JEM ProxyFactoryRegistry contribution mechanism 
in order to call cleanup code prior to the termination of the registry.
At present there is a ProxyFactoryRegistry.IRegistryListener that has a 
registryTerminated(ProxyFactoryRegistry) method that is called after termoination of the registry. 
I suggest extending this mechanism, and also having a registryTerminating(ProxyFactoryRegistry) method on the listener, that is called prior to termination of the registry/VM.

This is being marked as "won't fix" as part of a bugzilla clean up, to remove very old enhancement requests .... since if it hasn't been done by now, there's near zero chance it every will be. 

If I have mistakenly closed a bug that is still very much a current issue, please accept my apologies and re-open and clarify what the current issue it.
