Please provide more info
- stack dump while waiting
- which editor
- do you see this clean Eclipse SDK installed into empty directory with new
  workspace

the editor is the Eclipse's default editor,I didn't have a stack dump because the Eclispe had no response, and this happened with old workspace, and I use a CDT plugin, maybe is the CDT's problem?

So, it was a one time only problem which you cannot reproduce?

There is nothing logged about this, and when I uninstalled the CDT plugin, this happened as usual, maybe this happens just because of Saving File operation is time consuming?
