RC2

1) Change your window resolution to 1152x768
2) Select Use High Contrast from the Accessibility options
3) Restart when prompted
4) Open the preference dialog
5) Select Plug-ins - > Compilers

This was fixed in M7 by the addition of scroll bars to the preference pages. I have confirmed the fix in M7.
