Hello, It could be valuable to add some geometric objects along the Rectangle object in swt; eg : - Ellipse - Line - Polyline - Poligon and to be able to : - display them like a rectangle - perform some basic actions like intersect, merge, and so on The kind of simple application can be to display only the intersection between a rectangle and a circle for instance, and to do this we need to be able to get a region from the intersection between these two objects regards xavier ps : another idea is to add a wrapper around the java2d library and propose methods like getRegion from a java2D area... but it is more difficult
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
