Description Rodrigo Peretti CLA 2002-04-15 11:14:08 EDT
Use case is trying to associate *.html files with Netscape Composer. Since to
start composer we need to use "netscape.exe -edit", I could not find a way to
do the association. It would be nice if we could do so.

Yes, this would be nice.

Comment 3 maarten meijer CLA 2008-10-02 07:36:56 EDT
create a small shell script or batch file that adds that and use that as external editor

netscape.bat
netscape.exe -edit $1

I'm sorry , I'm more of a unix/mac guy, but this gives the directoion for the workaround

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
