If I add a new file extension in the Team preference page it is always created
as type Text. If I then want to switch its type I select the change button and
it changes it to binary. Change is used in other places to bring up properties
dialogs - whereas this is a toggle. Perhaps "Change Content Type" moight be a
batter name so it is clearer as to what it does.

There is an existing PR that we should use a cell editor, which would be even 
more consistent.
