- get rid of duplicate name in 'Content Assist' sub menu by renaming
  the sub menu to 'Default' (Ctrl+Space)
- rename 'Word Completions' in 'Content Assist' sub menu to 'Word Proposals'
- remove 'Spelling Corrections' from 'Content Assist' sub menu
- move "Parameter Hints" into 'Content Assist' sub menu 
- add a separator  after "Show Tooltip Description"
- move "Quick fix" above separator before 'Set Encoding...'

filed bug 135061 to make the used edit menu groups API in 3.3
