Tod, it's a loose connection but it is somewhat 'marker' related so could you take a look? (BTW, I'd be interested in what the issue/resolution was).

We needed to update
/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/reference/extension-points/index.html

and 

/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/topics_Reference.xml

Fixed in build > 20060306
