Apply Mylar to run/debug dropdowns and launch tree in run/debug dialog Note that in Eclipse 3.2 you can apply a WorkingSet filter to the content of run/debug dropdowns, but not to tree in launch configuration dialog
Eugene, can you provide additional details how you imagine this would work? What would cause launch configurations to get unfiltered?
The task context activation can cause Run/Debug dropdowns filtered or changed according to the task context. You can also add a dummy action to the bottom of the menu that would show all launch configs.
But what do suggest to filter based upon? Should the list only show recently used launch configurations or should this be based on interest of files that are referenced by launch configurations?
Just launch configuration that were launched while given task context is active.
Thanks. That would potentially require implementation of a bridge for launch configurations or existing bridges would have to handle their associated launch configurations. Marking as helpwanted to indicate that it is unlikely that this will be addressed within the Mylyn project but we would be happy to support a community contribution for this.
