Build 20020409
If you edit a file then selected another file you aren't prompted to save the
changes. However if you select a container or select the modified file again you
will be prompted. Even worse if you edit the second file, then a third, and so
on. You will be prompted when selecting the parent container that:

"file has changed" but actually several files have changed. Could we instead
prompt when ever a modified file is no longer shown in the diff viewer?
