hi there,
I downloaded the latest VE with all respective version of other component, I dont see the tabs I add, when I run the app all is shown, so I cant edit the tabs and there components on them

Please append the .log file. And if possible the class itself. Is it a tabfolder? If the "tabs" don't show, what does show? Can you append a picture of what does show?

As part of some general bugzilla cleanup, I am marking all old JEM bugs as "won't fix" simply because JEM is in maintenance mode, and there are no plans to fix these old bugs. 

If I have mistaken marked something that is still a current problem in the latests releases from WTP, please re-open.
