- select a folder that with a long cvs history (many deleted files)
- context menu > Team > Restore from Repository...

=> The tree in the upper left cannot be navigated with the keyboard, since every selection change triggers log entry fetching. The revisions should only be fetched in a post selection listener, and not on selection change.
