We have a new, standalone proxy preference page. The previous incarnation of the proxy page used to live as a tab under the ssh2 pref page and used a different pref storage than the new one. As such, we should look into providing some sort of upgrade story for users. We could either:

a) Document the fact that users will have to re-enter their proxy prefs in the new page

b) Migrate their settings for them from the old pref store to the new one.
