Build 20020409 with self-hosting workspace (from around 20020321 or earlier).
Startup Eclipse
==> plug-in gets disabled.
See attached log for details.

Maybe the bug is caused by the format change of the .project file. I did not
(yet adapt to the new PDE ids).

moving from blocker to critical: exit and restart fixes the problem
