Scenario:

1. Launch Eclipse using -rtl attribute.
2. Creatte java project. 
3.Create a visual class. In the Style tree on the right hand side of the
wizard, expand the Swing tree folder and select the Frame option.
4. Click Finish.
5. Choose from Pallete: Jbutton and move the loaded cursor to the center of the JFrame.

Result: In the opened dialog, a pixel form the word "preferences" is cut.
