I have my filter set up to restrict the markers shown in the Problems view.  I only want to see the markers specific to the current window working set(s).  I also group my markers by Java problem type.  In the Problems view, I see markers that belong to plug-ins not in my working set.  It seems as though the filter is either being ignored or missed somehow.

This is working in M6. I am going to mark it fixed so that we verify it in the RC1 pass.
