We currently are not scaling icons when the system font is a large font. This makes the icons hard to see for low vision users.

This is not critical as all functionality should be available through menus to pass accessibility requirements anyways but this would be a nice accessibility/polish item

I am seeing this issue in our product when we use icons in high contrast mode. The icons on windows OS are changed, ie taskbar, so users are slightly confused when our icons do not change. Is there an estimated time when this would be available?

This is a very large undertaking as it will require alternative icons from all Eclipse components. There is currently no plan to do this in the near future.

We are not currently planning to address this due to the magnitude of the work required
