Recent progress on problem categorization should be made more proeminent by enabling categorization by default.

Similar to search view doing hierarchical presentation by default nowadays.

I have released a change that turns on "Severity" by default. I am going to leave this open as it is not clear if this will be a popular decision.

I haven't heard anything either way and the severity categorization is kind of growing on me so lets mark this as fixed.
