Programmers request that WSAD can be registered as an
editor in Explorer for files it is able to edit
(.xml, .java, etc). Then you could double click a file in
Explorer and WSAD would be started with the file opened
in the appropriate editor.

I think it's really a duplicate of bug 4922 .
