Description Boris Pruessmann CLA 2006-02-22 06:09:41 EST
Eclipse 3.2M5

It looks like changing a schema file doesn't trigger a rebuild of the referencing resources. This might result in outdated information shown in the problems view.

what are the referencing resources in this case?

Sorry if I was a little unclear. Here's the deal:

- I have on plug-in (A) that defines an extension point plus schema.
- I have another plug-in (B) that defines an extensio to the extension point.
- If I change the schema so that the extension definition (in B) is invalid, that information doesn't appear in the problems view. The view is only updated once I edit the plugin.xml of plug-in B.
