Description Toh Yit Ming CLA 2006-02-17 02:01:54 EST
i encounter this problem when i copy any codes using Ctrl+c or Right Click->Copy.

after i highlighted the text that i want to copy, then i choose the position i want to paste to. If i press Enter key or Space or any other keys, i would not able to paste the text at all. It seems that the copied text is gone(deleted).

but this problem does not appear with Cut operation.

please email at ymtoh@yahoo.com me if you need further details.

This works for me. Please reopen after answering the following questions:
- which editor do you use?
- do you see the same problem with normal entry field (e.g. in a wizard)?
- is the correct text pasted if you paste the copied text into another editor
  outside of Eclipse?
- do you see this on a plain Eclipse SDK without additional plug-ins?
