On the Mac, well-formed applications should have Minimize and Zoom items on their Window menu. 

The Zoom menu is particularly important, since it is the only way to recover when an ide window is saved in a state where the title bar is not visible (e.g. by saving the window in a multi-monitor setup, then re-arranging the positions of the monitors).

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
