build I20060213 The ISV doc should have a topic covering the new Tabbed Properties framework. The basic properties view support is defined under Advanced Workbench Concepts > Workbench resource support. One option would be to add a page after "Implementing a property page" describing how to implement a custom property page using the Tabbed Properties framework, with appropriate links to its Javadoc and extension point schemae.
Platform ISV doc is defined in the org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv plugin.
