build I20060213

1. export a few projects to a zip using File > Export > Archive
2. try verifying the export by importing them:
  - choose File > Import > Existing Projects into Workspace
  - select archive button
  - choose the zip file just exported
3. the list of projects is blank, with no further explanation

If the exported projects are deleted between steps 1 and 2, it works as expected.

I found it pretty disorienting that no projects were shown.  I think it should show all the projects, and either prompt to overwrite the existing ones, or merge into them.
