Some feedback after converting core's plugins, approx. 2000 files:

- multi-select in summary page and set the type on all selected resources
- sort by column header
- sort by file extension, and maybe even have a file extension summary to find
which extensions were matches from file registry and which were not. The
non-matched are candidates to be added to the file registry.
- progress between wizard pages (the hourglass is good, maybe a progress within
the wiard would be better).

The wizard was redesigned in 3.1
