The download page is quick long and due to the absence of anchors
for the different available downloads, it is not possible to point
to a specific type of downloads from another page
As an example, for downloads of Eclipse 3.1.1 only, the "SWT binary source"
section has an anchor to which we can link directly ("#swt").

Before the download page is streamlined and simplified, adding these anchors 
could help web pages link directly to a specific types of download instead
to require the user to find it by himself or herself with confusing 
instructions (e.g. download both Eclipse RCP SDK and delta pack, but not
Eclipse RCP binary for your own platform)

Moving to Platform/Releng.  They own the Eclipse downloads pages.

Haytham, you might want add this at this as well for each category on the page. ie. an anchor for RCP, SDK, examples etc.

Haytham fixed this for 3.3 stream builds, I submitted this to the HEAD stream.
