The following problem occurs under Eclipse 3.2 Build: I20060111-1026:

1. Open Package Explorer view
2. Select one workingset
3. Switch focus to Editor view
4. Select another workingset from Package Explorer view without changing the focus. This selection failed. The workingset from step 2 still active within Package Explorer view.
6. Select once more another workingset from Package Explorer view without changing the focus. Now the another workingset will be activated within Package Explorer view.

I'm not at all sure how to reproduce this.  I'm not sure how I can select another working set without changing focus.  Could you please produce screenshots or more detailed steps (including what mode the Package Explorer is working in) and reopen?
