The "Filters" toolitem on the problems view is just a button that opens a dialog. Add to it the DROP_DOWN style, and show checkboxes for all defined filters in its dropdown menu. This is a more obvious/convenient location than the cascaded "Filters" submenu that appears on the view's popup menu.

There is no plan to implement this feature currently

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
