I just updated Mylar from 0.4.5 to 0.4.6 and now when starting Eclipse (3.1), I get:

Mylar Java plug-in initialization failed

I'm going to put out a service build to fix this initialization bug shortly.  The work-around is to have a Mylar view visible when starting Eclipse (e.g. Mylar Tasks).

This was already fixed in the 3.2 stream, but I'm about to make the fix available in an 0.4.6.1 version for Eclispe 3.1.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with this after updating to 0.4.6.1.
