build I20051213-0010

- in a workspace with many problems and many projects loaded (i.e. a typical self-hosting workspace)
- with the Problems view showing, and set to show two filters:
  1) Errors in workspace
  2) Warnings in selected resource and its children
- expand some projects in the Navigator
- move the cursor up and down using Up/Down keys on autorepeat
- it's pretty sluggish
- the progress indicator shows that the Problems view is repeatedly updating
- close the Problems view
- selection is fast again

Nick I am not seeing this problem in RC7. Please reopen if you still see it.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
