The last step of JVERCP01 has you create a plug-in without the UI components necessary to create a View Visual Class in the project.  If you bring up the Visual Class wizard in this project, View shows up as an option, but the finish button is disabled.  However, no warning or error is displayed in the dialog indicating why the Finish button is disabled.
