I miss the ability to set project dependent "displayed tab width". Usually I have multiple projects open in my workspace and all have different tab width settings. It would be nice if such a feature could be added (unless I missed it of course).

I think what you're missing is bug 44700. The tab widths are often even different per libraries.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
