build 2002-03-19 on Win98. My workspace directory was in the default area (e.g. NOT /plugins) and I tried to run the tests and they wouldn't work. Check into the Main.searchForBoot and Main.searchForPlugins methods to make sure that we are doing the right thing.
Also had a similar problem when trying to run the SWT examples from an Eclipse- in-Eclipse workspace. In the original workspace only had SWT and SWT Examples loaded. Got an "application not found" error.
