In 3.2 the UI will be updating to work with the new Core support for IFileStores.

We could make it much easier for people using this new support by providing
support for browse buttons with arbitrary file stores in the new, import and
export dialogs.

I am not sure how much the rest of the SDK is planning to do as we should try
and be consistent.

To consider: the native file chooser on GTK+ is widely regarded as poor.  I   
don't think many people would miss it if were replaced with something aware of   
IFileStores.

Removing [plan item] designation since this is more of a nice-to-have feature to support the real plan item in bug 106176.

I am going to close this as WORKSFORME as we have individual EFS bugs for the specific issues
