build 3.2 M3 (Linux 2GHz machine, but others have been failing in the past)


org.eclipse.ui.tests.performance.GenerateIdentifiersTest#Generate 10000
identifiers() 

this test is slower overall since 3.1, however looking at the results for the
test on any platform shows highly erratic results for 3.2 and a flat graph of
results on 3.1.  I suspect the test has changed and this is the problem.

The erratic results appeared to level off between M4 and M5 on the windows machines and the faster linux machine.  This test appears to have improved greatly in performance during that time.
