This can be a generic "initialContext" mechanism which Bugzilla extends to populate
with the top elements of a stack trace if contained in the report.

I've been finding it easy enough to do by clicking a few stack trace links.  But  if a bug report contained a stack, e.g. one that was automatically submitted by Jeff's new feature, we could take the top n items to pre-populate the context?  That would definitely save a few clicks and provide some nice automation.
