Minor issue but inconsistancy in UI, I was performing the last step of the test 
scenario where I visually inspect to ensure toolbar is show in eclipse IDE. I 
noticed all of the buttons had tooltips with the exception of the undo and redo 
buttons.

The UndoRetargetAction and RedoRetargetAction do not set the tooltip text.

can not reproduce in the logic example.
