Eclipse update scenario step G.5.

I tried to enable a disabled version of the feature (older version of it is 
enabled at that time). Wizard comes up, workbench restarts, but no change to 
features

Checked with latest code, The newer version of the JDT is configured.
The old version is not unconfigured.

At that point when you click on 'show diable features' the order of the features
change. It seems they are not sorted on the name.
