As I mentioned in bug 100621, it'd be nice to have the "Open with" actions that
appear in the Resource and Synchronize views in the CVS Repositories view, as it
would give users the ability to choose in which editor a file is displayed.

"Open With" would be useful for opening remote files in internal editors from all CVS views, i.e. CVS Repositories view, History view, Synchronize view

Somewhere we need and adapter from Object to IEditorInput. JDT/UI could then use to same mechanism to replace org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.javaeditor.EditorUtility.getEditorInput(Object).
