Dear Everyone,

For those willing to participate, we have created a new incubation help 
discussion list:

This list is a good place to ask questions related to project 
incubation, IP-review, and general process questions. We hope this list 
will rapidly become active and the defacto place to get help. It is for 
all Eclipse Foundation projects including all working groups.

We encourage both inexperienced, and experienced people to join.
