Interesting, so Eclipse ends up getting a lot of basic stuff OpenJDK used to;-)

Take CoAP (Project Kona vs. Eclipse IoT), now Collections.
Not to forget ICU4J (not an official Eclipse.org project but used everywhere) vs. 3-4 other Date/Time/i18n related frameworks in OpenJDK.

Picking up the data structures thread again - did the steering committee
discuss this - what were the outcomes?
