Does anyone know of a wiki article or other resource that describes the rules around using the Eclipse Marketplace? For example, what are the rules on providing bundles with different licenses, third-party content, etc.?

I'm following up on our discussion during the steering committee call about investigating ways to deliver apps and plugins that cannot normally be shipped with Eclipse.
