[pdt-dev] Commit rights for Eden Klein have been expired

Roy Ganor has expired the commit rights for Eden Klein (eklein).  The
reason for this change is:

Eden Klein  had taken on other job responsibilities and had not been active
on the PDT project for some time.  

I want to thank Eden for her great job and contribution to the Eclipse PDT
community.
