I'm sorry that I don't know who organize the GSOC for Eclipse. You
should ask Google more about this. I also think that there are a lot
for Google to improve , so that the open source group can know more
about the GSOC activity. Thus everyone's contributions can be
accepted.

Ahti Kitsik is one of my mentors, I think he may know more about this.
You can try to touch with him.
