  I'm building 2.0.11 on macOS 10.13 under pkgsrc, and got a build failure
  in the timestamp plugin.  2.0.9 built. I did add pthread in the
  meantime.

I backed out the pthread change and 2.0.11 still failed.  2.0.9 builds
and I find in the build directory:

work//mosquitto-2.0.9/plugins/message-timestamp/mosquitto_message_timestamp.dylib

but it is not part of what is installed.

In 2.0.11, it seems to be trying to create a .so instead.
